Please find the dates for the Student Government Association Finance Committee meetings for the 2023/2024 school year below. Training information will be updated as the semester porgresses. When RSVP for each training becomes available, you can click the supplied link in the listing below to access the RSVP page. To attend a SGAFC meeting for the purposes of appealing an SGAFC decision or proposing changes to the student organization funding structure, please email a written attendance request to engagement@ubalt.edu.

Fall 2023

Financial Training
This training is required of organization Presidents and Treasurers annually to access funds. Training links will be posted by early August. Please note that General Officer Training is also online, and is required of the President, Treasurer, and third primary officer. Training must be completed by Sept. 30.

Supplemental Funding Request Training
Training is required for each organization requesting supplemental funding for Sping 2024. This training must be completed by the person submitting the request and also must have completed Financial Training.

  • Training will be posted mid-September.
You must take the training and pass this quiz for your Supplemental Funding Request to be considered.

Initial (2024/2025) Funding Request Training
Training and passing quiz is required for each organization requesting 2024/2025 funding. The training and quiz must be completed by the person submitting the budget request.

*Note: This date is designed to allow organizations time to transition officers before preparing a budget. Organizations should begin work well in advance of this deadline.*

Deadline for 2023/2024 Payment and Withdrawal Requests
To allow ample processing time before the fiscal year closes, all payment and withdrawal requests must be entered into Campus Groups by this deadline. This is a hard deadline. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be processed.
