Required Student Organization Officer and Financial Training modules are now online!
General Officer training and Financial training is required of the President, Treasurer, and third primary officer as part of the registration process. Training consist of five online modules. Financial training is required annually to access funds. As part of the annual re-registration process, training must be completed by the end of September each year for groups to remain active and avoid penalties.
Note: Additional training modulres are required for both initial and supplemental budget requests. Please see links for those trainings below.
After completing the officer training and financial training, please remember to complete the quiz for each training to fulfill your requirements. You will be e-mailed a link to the quiz when you verify your officer position with the group.

Initial and Supplemental Funding
For organizations requesting funds during the inital and supplemental funding periods, a specific training is required for each budget submission, to ensure they're formatted appropriately. By policy, the SGA Finance Committee cannot review budgets if the individual submitting the budget has not completed the training. The quiz must be completed and passed to document that training was recieved. Further information can be found in the e-mail sent to student organization Presidents and Treasurers in advance of each funding period.
