Important Funding Dates

Please find the dates for the Student Government Association Finance Committee (SGAFC) meetings below. Training information will be updated as the semester porgresses. When RSVP for each training becomes available, you can click the supplied link in the listing below to access the RSVP page. To attend an SGAFC meeting for the purposes of appealing an SGAFC decision or proposing changes to the student organization funding structure, please email a written request to studentorgs@ubalt.edu.

Fall 2024

Financial Training
This training is required of organization Presidents and Treasurers annually to access funds. Training links will be posted by early August. Please note that General Officer Training is also online, and is required of the President, Treasurer, and third primary officer. Training must be completed by Sept. 30.

Supplemental Funding Request Training
Training is required for each organization requesting supplemental funding for Sping 2024. This training must be completed by the person submitting the request and also must have completed Financial Training. Training will be posted mid-September.

Initial (2024-25) Funding Request Training
Completing training and passing a quiz are required for each organization requesting 2025-26 funding. The training and quiz must be completed by the person submitting the budget request.

Training and quiz will be posted here on Mid-April.

Deadline for Reallocation Requests
All reallocation requests must be submitted through Bee Involved/Campus Groups by this deadline. Late requests will be denied.

Deadline for 2024-25 Payment and Withdrawal Requests
To allow ample processing time before the fiscal year closes, all payment and withdrawal requests must be entered into Campus Groups by this deadline. This is a hard deadline. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be processed.
