When RSVP for each training becomes available, you can click the supplied link in the listing below to access the RSVP page. To attend an SGAFC meeting for the purposes of appealing an SGAFC decision or proposing changes to the student organization funding structure, please email a written request to studentorgs@ubalt.edu.
Financial Training
This training is required of organization Presidents and Treasurers annually to access funds. Training links will be posted by early August. Please note that General Officer Training is also online, and is required of the President, Treasurer, and third primary officer. Training must be completed by Sept. 30.

Initial (2026-27) Funding Request Training
Completing training and passing a quiz are required for each organization requesting 2026-27 funding. The training and quiz must be completed by the person submitting the budget request.

To allow ample processing time before the fiscal year closes, all payment and withdrawal requests must be entered into Campus Groups by this deadline. This is a hard deadline. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be processed.
