Audio Visual Information for Events

Each event space will include the AV items that are included in that space.

Office of Technology Services requires at least 24 hours of notice for any package to be added and at least 72 hours of notice if a tech must stay in the room.

Note when selecting packages, some are "Panel packages" which means that the event will be a "speaker panel" style event with tables and microphones at the front of the room.

All Classroom packages (AL,BC,LAP, AC) include the following

  • A tech to check in (15 mins before the start of the event)
  • Wireless microphone (if the room has one)
  • Projector
  • Computer
  • Microphone
  • Camera
  • Recording capabilities

All non-classroom event spaces include the following:

  • A tech to check in (15 mins before the start of the event)
  • Microphone and podium
  • Microphone stand (standing) (2)
  • Wireless handheld microphone (2)
  • Wireless Lavalier (lapel) microphone (2)
  • Projector
  • Computer
  • Microphone
  • Camera
  • Recording capablities

Conference room spaces will include the following (Student Center room 301, Business Center room 143, Business Center room 135)

  • A tech to check in (15 mins before the start of the event)
  • Wireless microphone (if the room has one)
  • Built-in Conference Room Technology:
  • Projector
  • Computer
  • Microphone
  • Camera (if room has one)
