The SGA Election Commission is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the general elections for the University of Baltimore Student Government Association.

It is the goal of the Election Commission to provide the University of Baltimore student body with functional, fair elections and selection processes.

The SGA Election Commission establishes and enforces election policies and procedures, ensuring candidates meet the qualifications (in partnership with the Center for Student Engagement and Inclusion), establishes election timelines and logistics, and oversees the campaign and election process.
