Graduate Information Form

The purpose of this form is to collect information from prospective graduates for the upcoming Capstone Celebration. This information is intended to be used as contact information and for personalized giveaways or cards/certificates during the event.

The Capstone Celebration is a time for celebrating the hard work and achievement of our UB graduates! The event is co-hosted by the Negotiation and Conflict Management (CNCM) Student Association and the Global Affairs & Human Security (GAHS) Student Association. The celebration will be held before graduation, there will be catering, and there will be small giveaways.
