Hi First_Name,

Whiting-Turner provides construction management, general contracting, design-build and integrated project delivery services on projects small and large for a diverse group of customers.

Since the tour was cancelled, the site management was cool enough to put a small slide show together of this project.  This site would have been a different atmosphere than the last three sites.  400 W Fayette St (WT) and 410 Lofts (SB) were both in the final stages of construction and were leasing or completely leased out.  Sojourner Place was still in the beginning stages of laying down the foundation while facing many challenges.  While this project completion date has been pushed back 2 months; the original completion date was Oct. 2021, and now it is Dec. 2021.  Hope you enjoy.
