Professional Meeting #2: CPA Pathways & Exam Readiness

Join Anthony Quintero (Becker Professional Education) for an informal, interactive conversation about the CPA pathway and what students should know as they begin thinking about professional licensure and exam preparation.

Topics will include:
· Different pathways to becoming a CPA
· What the CPA license represents and how it can support long-term career goals
· Overview of the CPA Exam structure and content areas
· What effective exam preparation generally looks like
· How to think about building a study plan, even before selecting an exam date
· Common challenges students face and practical strategies to address them
· You’ll also learn about the concept of being Exam Day Ready™ (EDR)—a readiness framework that helps students gauge when they are prepared to sit for an exam section.

This session is designed for students who are CPA-curious, exploring licensure options, or in the early stage of their planning process.

To prepare for this meeting, we ask students to complete the free Becker Academy diagnostic by March 3. Instructions can be found in the attached PDF.
