The National Society of Leadership and Success's mission is to build, produce, and develop goal-oriented leaders within the University of Baltimore community while making positive changes locally and beyond.

Membership Benefits
The NSLS prepares students with the leadership skills they need to navigate this society by offering extensive leadership training sessions, encouragement, and tools from successful speakers all over the world. The members have access to a disc assessment, success coaching, discounts, reference letters, job banks, and scholarships.
