About Us

The Nonprofit Management and Social Entrepreneurship Student Organization (NMSE) at the University of Baltimore is dedicated to preparing students for successful careers in the nonprofit and social entrepreneurship fields. We achieve this by: Providing educational resources, workshops, and networking opportunities to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for meaningful and impactful work. Highlighting students' achievements and contributions in active nonprofit organizations, showcasing their dedication, and inspiring others to get involved. Hosting monthly events focused on addressing pressing social issues, facilitating discussions, and connecting students with local nonprofit organizations and community leaders. Cultivating a supportive and inclusive community where students can collaborate, share ideas, and support each other's endeavors in making a positive difference. Concluding the sesmester with a party to celebrate our accomplishments, foster connections between our members and community partners, and strengthen our Baltimore changemakers network.
