Who can join?
UBalt students from every major and experience level are welcome. You do not need prior mock trial, debate, acting, or legal experience—just curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to grow.
Members can explore attorney and witness roles while learning the fundamentals of case analysis, courtroom procedure, persuasive storytelling, and professional teamwork.
What will you gain?
Build practical skills in public speaking, critical thinking, advocacy, collaboration, leadership, and performing under pressure. These skills support success in law school, graduate study, internships, and any career.
You will also join a close team that prepares together, competes together, and supports one another on campus and beyond.
How do I get started?
Complete the Mock Trial Interest Form and introduce yourself. A team leader will follow up with information about the next meeting, recruiting session, or tryout.
