Welcome Back!
We hope you have had a great September! Student Organizations are off and running for Fall 2022, with an on-going re-registration process, Student Engagement Fair, and more.
Thank you for coming out to the Student Engagement Fair on Sept. 29! More than 20 groups and more than 116 participants attended. We hope this fair helped you engage new members and grow your organizations.
While the Sept. 30 registration deadline has passed, you still have time to register your groups if you haven't already done so. We will continue to accept registrations throughout the month of October before we begin to freeze inactive groups. If you haven't done so already, please visit your group page and click the blue link to register. You'll find a message on that page that will list the requirements for registration. If you've already submitted a registration but have not yet had your group approved, make sure you've completed the training requirements also.
Check your mailbox for an inviation to apply for supplemental funding for Spring 2023, due Oct. 24. Groups must meet all requirements in order to request supplemental funds for Spring 2023. E-mail us if you have any questions about how this works or to take advantage of these funds.
Our team is here to help! E-mail studentorgs@ubalt.edu for assistance with registration or any aspect of your organization.
Also remember you can find valuable tools and resources here:

Shira Segal
Graduate Assistant of Student Activities
Shira grew up between England and Israel. In one, she learnt the wonders of Shakespeare and literature, and in the other, she got (many) tattoos. Shira loves to write, edit, do cat stuff, perform, hide in the shadows, watch way too many horror movies, and then complain that she has multiple stalkers who can enter her dreams. She’s lovingly involved in the LGBTQIA+ community and used to be a psychologist, counseling and treating people from that community in Israel, as well as those with mental health issues. She has always wanted to be a writer and editor, has written a fantasy novel, lived in multiple countries and considers NY her chosen home. Following this bio, she will continue referring to herself in third person, as it makes her feel important.
