The Baltimore Organization and Workforce Development Lab (BOWDL) is a new on-campus resource for Entrepreneurship MBAs and small business owners.

This event will showcase a pilot consulting project from the summer of 2026 with Jay's Watermelonade. BOWDL consultants will be on hand to demonstrate the type of impacts applied I/O psychology can have for your business.

Comprised of current and former graduate students from the Applied Industrial/Organizational Psychology program in the Yale Gordon College of Arts and Sciences, BOWDL operates as a boutique personnel consulting firm for organizations based in Baltimore. BOWDL consultants work hand-in-hand with clients to address their personnel goals, strengthening their business and their bottom line.
