May is Mental Health Awareness Month! In order to kick of the month right, Active Minds would like to invite you to join members in creating a de-stress box that you can take with you and use as you prepare for finals. Your de-stress box will be full of items that will help relieve stress that the end of the semester brings. Boxes and materials will be provided. Make sure to grab some mental health resources and a green ribbon to show support for mental health awareness. Snacks will be provided.
